How to update permissions
There are a few different ways you can update code and page permissions. Find step-by-step walkthroughs below.
Code dashboard
1. Click on Assets > Flowcodes on the left side navigation.
2. Find the code you'd like to edit permissions of. Click the three vertical dots and select Share from the dropdown.
3. Assign users within your Team as Viewers or Editors.
Viewers: can view codes and analytics shared with them, but cannot make edits.
Editors: can make edits and view analytics.
Note: the creator is the only user that has the power to share the code with other members within the org. Learn how to transfer a code here. |
Code Overview
1. Click on Assets > Flowcodes on the left side navigation. Select the code you would like to edit the permissions of.
2. After selecting the code you would like to edit, there are two ways you can edit permissions.
You can either click Share in the upper righthand corner of the Code Overview page, or click the Settings tab > Manage access under 'Who has access'.

3. Assign users within your Team as Viewers or Editors (see above for the distinction between these two permissions).
Page dashboard
1. Similarly to the Code dashboard instructions above, click on Assets > Flowpages on the left side navigation.
2. Find the page you'd like to edit permissions of. Click the three vertical dots and select Share from the dropdown.
3. Assign users within your Team as an Editor or Viewer (see above for the distinction between these two permissions).
Page editor
1. Similarly to the Code Overview instructions above, navigate to the page you'd like to edit the permissions of.
2. Click Share.
