Overview
Every Conversion Flow comes with a default Flowcode, but you can add as many new Flowcodes to a Flow as you need. This is useful when you want separate codes for different placements (a store window vs. a receipt, for example), or when the default code was removed and you need to create a new one.
Every Flowcode in a Flow sends people to the same experience and uses your Flow's code design. Connections are tracked for each code, so you can see which touchpoint is driving results.
How to Create a Flowcode (step-by-step)
Step 1: Open your Flow
From the Flows page, select the Conversion Flow you want to add a Flowcode to. This will open the Flow Editor.
Step 2: Open the Entry panel
On the canvas, click the Entry object. This is the box on the left showing your QR codes, Short URLs, and Data properties. The number next to QR codes shows how many Flowcodes are currently in the Flow.
The Entry panel opens on the right, on the QR codes tab.
Step 3: Click Add
In the QR codes tab, click Add. If the Flow has no Flowcodes yet, the table will read "No codes have been added yet."
Step 4: Name your Flowcode
You'll see a preview of your new Flowcode using the Flow's current design associated to the brand kit you are using. Fill in the following:
Name (required): Give the code a clear name so your team can find it later, like "Spring Window Decal" or "Receipt Footer."
Description (optional): Add up to 64 characters of extra context, such as the placement or campaign.

Step 5: Save and publish
Click Add to create your Flowcode. It will now appear in the QR codes table, where you can copy, download, rename, or add Data Properties to it.
When you're done, click Publish in the top right to make sure your latest changes are live.
Good to know
Want to change how your Flowcode looks? Click Edit QR code design in the QR codes tab. Design changes apply to every Flowcode in the Flow.
Removed a code by accident? Check the Archived filter in the QR codes tab first. If it's not there, create a new one using the steps above. Keep in mind that a new Flowcode is a brand new code, so if the original was already printed or published, the new one won't replace it on those materials.
