If you have a large number of Flowcodes in your account and want to review where they all direct users or perform some account cleanup, you can easily download the scan URLs in bulk!
Note: You can only bulk download the destinations of codes that are organized within a folder.
What does downloading a URL mean?
When you download the URLs, you’ll receive a CSV file containing all the codes within a specific folder. This file will include the following information:
Flowcode Name: The name assigned to each Flowcode.
Short Links: The redirect URLs associated with each Flowcode QR code. These short links are crucial for tracking engagement data and identifying unique codes in our database.
Scan Destination: The final destination where each Flowcode directs users when scanned.
Steps to download a list of code scan destinations
1. First ensure all the Flowcodes you want to download the scan destinations for are placed within a folder. If you need help organizing your codes into folders, please refer to the instructions provided in this article.
2. Go to the Folder section of your dashboard.
3. Hover over the folder(s) you want to download the scan destinations for and check the box in the upper left corner.
4. Click on the Download URLs button.
5. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device, containing a spreadsheet with the Flowcode Name, Short Links, and Scan Destination for each code.
