How do I use a custom or co-branded subdomain when creating a Flowcode?
When creating a Flowcode, you'll have the option to select an alternative domain under the I want the custom redirect link for my code to be section.
Select the subdomain you want to use.

How do I use a custom or co-branded subdomain for a Flowcode I already created?
CAUTION: if you change the redirect link, any instances of this code that have been downloaded and/or printed will need to be re-downloaded and re-printed. |
This is because the data pattern is generated by the redirect URL, so changing it will also cause the data pattern to change. The old code will still work, but it will scan as Flowcode and not the new redirect.
1. Click into a Flowcode from your Flowcode dashboard, which will bring you to the Code Overview page.
2. In the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Custom redirect link section.
3. Click the Edit button and select the subdomain you want to use from the dropdown.
How do I use a custom or co-branded subdomain when creating a Flowpage?
When creating a new Flowpage, you'll be able to select the subdomain you want to use and enter the slug for your Flowpage.
Click Get started, add links, and publish your Flowpage.

How do I use a custom or co-branded subdomain for a Flowpage I already created?
Click into the Flowpage you want to change the subdomain of.
Under the Settings tab, you can select the domain under the Change your Flowpage URL section.
Make sure to hit Save changes.
