How to set up a Brand Kit

Create a consistent visual identity across all your marketing materials.

Updated over a week ago

A Brand Kit allows you to create a consistent visual identity across all your marketing materials by defining and storing your brand’s colors, logos, fonts, and other design elements. This ensures uniformity and strengthens brand recognition in all your QR code campaigns.

In this article, we will take you through the steps to set this up:

Note 💭: Only Workspace admins can create Brand Kits. To learn about permissions, read this article.

Step 1:

Navigate to a Workspace and select the 'Brand' tab on the left hand side navigation of your screen.

Step 2:

On the top right hand side of your screen, select the 'Add Brand Kit' button.

Step 3:

Give your Brand Kit a name and a description.

Step 4:

On the next screen you can begin to customize your Brand Kit. There are two options you can decide:

  1. Pull existing branding from a website, and enter a URL. Don't worry, any materials can be edited after they're created.

  2. Or, customize from scratch and enter your own logos, colors, fonts, and Flowcode QR code design.

Once complete, click 'Save'.

You're ready to go:

When you create your next Conversion Flow —which is the combination of a QR code (or multiple QR codes) and a mobile-optimized landing page — you will have option to add your new Brand Kit.

Keep in mind, you can always update your Brand Kit, and you can always create more than one Brand Kit!
