A Brand Kit allows you to create a consistent visual identity across all of your codes and pages by defining and storing your brand’s colors, logos, fonts, and other design elements. This ensures uniformity and strengthens brand recognition in all your QR code campaigns.
In this article, we will take you through the steps to set this up:
Note 💭: Only Workspace admins can create Brand Kits. To learn about permissions, read this article.
Step 1:
Navigate to a Workspace and select the 'Brand' tab on the left hand side navigation of your screen.
Step 2:
On the top right hand side of your screen, select the ‘Create Brand Kit' button.
Step 3:
Give your Brand Kit a name and a description.
Step 4:
On the next screen you can begin to customize your Brand Kit. There are two options you can decide:
Pull existing branding from a website, by entering a URL. Don't worry, your Brand Kit can be edited after this step.
Or, customize from scratch and enter your own logos, colors, fonts, and Flowcode QR code design.
Logo: Optimal logos will be horizontal or square, have high contrast with a transparent background, are max 500 KB in size, and are in a recommended file type (SVG, PNG or JPG)
Colors: You can set your primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. For these you can either enter their HEX codes, or click the color and type in their RGB code
Fonts: To upload your font, it must be a OpenType font file thats either .ttf or .otf
Set your default code design - this will be the code design defaulted for use when you apply your brand kit during Conversion Flow creation.
Once complete, click 'Save'.
You're ready to go:
When you create your next Conversion Flow — which is the combination of a QR code (or multiple QR codes) and a mobile-optimized landing page — you will have the option to add your new Brand Kit.
Keep in mind, you can always update your Brand Kit, and you can always create more than one Brand Kit!
FAQs:
