Understanding the power and functionality of the new Flowcode platform.

Updated over a week ago

Welcome to Flowcode 2, the next evolution of enterprise QR technology. For the past 5 years, the Flowcode team has been pushing the limits of what businesses can achieve with QR codes. Now, we’re making even bigger strides with our new enterprise platform.

We have spoken with hundreds of businesses leveraging QR solutions, and developed Flowcode Enterprise based on one universal question — how can brands truly measure the impact and ROI of campaigns using QR codes?

In this piece we will speak on three different topics:

  • An overview of the new Flowcode platform

  • What the platform enables

  • How to get started

Let’s dive in.

Overview of Flowcode 2

Flowcode 2 is more than a QR code. It’s an AI-assisted conversion platform designed to facilitate and optimize the process of converting potential customers into actual customers.

A “conversion” can be defined as many things. Maybe it’s submitting your email on a form, purchasing a product online, or filling out a survey. With Flowcode 2, all of these conversions start with the scan of a QR code, and end with your customer taking an online action.

Businesses using Flowcode 2 have the ability to track, measure, and analyze conversions they are receiving from their offline campaigns. This unlocks the ability to view the full lifecycle of a customer action, and collect important first-party data.

Now, let’s explore what the platform is best for.

What Flowcode 2 enables

How do you make the most of the new Flowcode platform? There are a variety of new tools that will enable your business to collect more first-party data and drive conversions.

1. Personalized experiences: Flowcode leverages and integrates with data feeds (e.g. a product catalog) to automate the creation of personalized QR codes and landing pages, offering unique experiences for consumers and increasing engagement rates.

2. Conversion analytics: The platform provides in-depth conversion analytics and insights, allowing brands to track conversions, understand their audience’s behavior and optimize their marketing strategies in real time.

3. CRM and marketing automation integrations: With integrations across CRM and marketing automation platforms, Flowcode fits effortlessly into existing workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Expand your first-party database with ease.

4. Workspaces and collaboration tools: Designed to support complex organizational structures, Flowcode offers advanced collaboration capabilities through Workspaces, facilitating teamwork across marketing, analytics, and administrative departments.

5. Enterprise-grade security and compliance: Flowcode ensures data privacy and security, meeting the highest standards and regulations, making it a trustworthy solution for enterprise customers. The platform is GDPR, CCPA and SOC II compliant.

These tools can be applied in dozens of use cases and countless verticals. Explore a couple of different scenarios below:

Scenario A: A real estate agent has just created a Flowcode QR code for a house they are selling. They plan to display this QR code on a lawn sign in front of the house and in a marketing brochure. Scanning the QR code will direct prospective buyers to a form where they can sign up for an open house.

With Flowcode 2, you can measure conversions.

  • You will be able to see every time someone scans the lawn sign, and view the total amount of scans. With the analytics platform of Flowcode, you will be able to view the actions buyers took after they scanned your code. Did they view the open house form? Did they fill it out to completion? Built with a deeper level of granularity, Flowcode gives you the full transaction history of everyone scanning your codes.

Scenario B: A marketer working for a sports team wants to sell more team merchandise. They create a Flowcode QR code to insert on a jumbotron to show throughout games. When the audience scans the code, they are taken to product pages to shop for jerseys.

With Flowcode 2, you can measure the efficacy of the code placement.

  • You will be able to see not only the amount of scans your codes are getting, but every part of the customer journey after the initial scan. How many people viewed the product page? How many people actually purchased a jersey? Every part of the offline to online funnel can be measured and tracked.

Now, let’s explore the different features in Flowcode 2.

How to get started

Start your journey of getting more conversions. Explore a few key features of Flowcode 2To begin getting more conversions

1. Creating a Conversion Flow

The first is a Conversion Flow. It represents the flow of people in the real world, to an online conversion. Each conversion flow is comprised of two core pieces:

  • A QR code (or multiple QR codes)

  • And, a mobile-optimized landing page

When you combine these two pieces together, you get an experience that links people who scan your QR codes in the real world to a landing page where they can easily convert — all in one neat bundle.

2. Understanding FlowID

The next is FlowID. This is the consumer profile we build for every individual that scans your brand’s Flowcode QR codes, and represents the activity history associated with that individual. Visible in an activtiy log, view a person’s engagement patterns across all of your QR codes.

3. Managing Workspaces

You’re ready to move onto creating your first Workspaces. These are collaborative spaces for your specific function or team where all members can access and edit based on their permissions.

4. Build a Brand Kit

When creating Flowcode QR codes, it’s essential to keep your brand front and center. Brand Kits allows clients to import their visual aesthetic and brand guidelines, and automatically incorporate colors and logos into Conversion Flows.
