Digital Business Cards offer a modern, scalable way for your employees to share contact information using QR codes, branded templates, and seamless contact-sharing features. This Beta phase is designed to gather your feedback and ensure an optimized experience before the general release.

2. Getting Started
Step 1: Confirm Access
Feature Access: Verify that your account has been enabled for Digital Business Cards in the production environment. Contact [email protected] if you encounter access issues
Account Setup: Ensure that each employee or designated admin has access permissions as outlined in the onboarding email
Step 2: Review Setup Options
Individual Card Creation: Employees can individually create and customize their Digital Business Cards through the standard UI
3. Setting Up Digital Business Cards
For Individual Card Creation:
Follow the steps below or use the Zoom clip that we set up that walks you through the creation process for individual Digital Business Cards. Here’s a link to that Zoom clip.
Access the Digital Business Card Template:
Navigate to the “Beta” section in the Conversion Flow template modal
Choose the “Digital Business Card” template from Conversion Flow template modal
Select your Brand Kit
Click “Use this template”
Set up your entry points
Customize Fields:
Add employee-specific details (e.g., name, title, email)
Choose preferred color schemes and background images that align with your brand
Save and Generate Digital Business Card:
Once the card is complete, save it, and a unique QR code will be generated. This QR code links directly to the digital business card
4. Using and Sharing Digital Business Cards
Sharing Options:
Scan QR Code: Users can scan the QR code to instantly access contact information
vCard Download: Enable recipients to download the vCard, adding contact information directly to their device
Add to Digital Wallet (Future Release): The Beta does not yet support wallet integration, but this feature is planned for future updates
Tips for Maximizing Impact:
Embed in Marketing Materials: Incorporate QR codes in digital or physical collateral for brand consistency
Monitor Engagement: Analytics for tracking shares and engagement will be available
