How to Submit a Flowcode Design Request: Code and Code Template Creation

Flowcode’s In-house Design Team will create custom QR code templates that align with your brand's identity and marketing goals for our Enterprise clients.

Follow the guide below to complete the Flowcode Design Request Form and ensure your codes are tailored to your needs.

Before You Begin

  • Platform Access: Only members with Flowcode platform access can request new codes and templates.

  • Lead Times:

    • Net New Code Requests: Typically take 1-2 business days.

    • Code Revisions: Changes (such as a new logo, color, or CTA) are processed within 1 business day.

    • Template Generation: Allow at least 24 hours for codes or templates to appear in your account.

Step-by-Step Guide

Fill out this simple Code Request Form. The following instructions will walk you through how to fill it out.

  1. Enter Your First & Last Name

  2. Provide the Email Associated with Your Flowcode Account

    • Ensure you use the email linked to your Flowcode account. This is essential as designs can only be provided to existing members.

  3. Enter the Name of Your Organization

    • Specify your organization's name for better identification and collaboration.

  4. Set the Expected Due Date

    • Input your preferred due date. Remember, deliveries are made on business days, so plan accordingly.

  5. Select Your Plan Type

    • Choose "Enterprise", "Growth" or "Pro Plus"

  6. Select Your Code Use Case

    • Select the placement of your code from a drop down

  7. Select a Color Profile Based on Your Use Case

    • RGB: for digital display, supports svg and png files

    • CMYK: for print, supports pdf and eps files

  8. Upload Your Logo

  9. Upload Additional Assets

    • Attach any additional images, docs or other assets that can help the design team understand your vision.

  10. Submit Your Request

    • Once you’ve reviewed everything, click Submit. You will receive a reference number—keep it handy for any follow-up communication.
