Step-by-Step Guide
Fill out this step-by-step guide. The following instructions will walk you through how to fill it out.
Enter Your First Name
Enter Your Last Name
Provide the Email Associated with Your Flowcode Account
Ensure you use the email linked to your Flowcode account. This is essential as designs can only be provided to existing users.
Enter the Name of Your Organization
Specify your organization's name for better identification and collaboration.
Set the Expected Due Date
Input your preferred due date. Remember, deliveries are made on business days, so plan accordingly.
Select the Type of Request (New or Revision)
Choose New Request if you need a brand-new code or template.
Select Revision if you are updating an existing code (e.g., changing the logo, colors, or CTA).
Name Your Code/Template
The name you enter here will appear in your Flowcode account. Be specific to avoid confusion later.
Specify the Number of Versions Needed
Indicate how many variations of the template you require.
Decide if You Want to Add a Call to Action (CTA)
Adding a CTA to your code (e.g., “Scan for 20% off!”) can boost scan results. Select Yes if you want to include a CTA.
Enter Your Intended Call to Action
Provide your desired CTA text. Strong CTAs clearly state the benefit of scanning (e.g., "Scan to Enter Sweepstakes").
Specify Flowcode 1 vs Flowcode 2
Is this code for a Flowcode 1 or Flowcode 2 account? Please choose which.
Choose How Your Code Will Be Stored
Template: Select this if the design should be reusable and stored in your templates section.
One-Time Code: Choose this for codes that will be used for a specific, limited purpose (e.g., seasonal campaigns).
Specify Template Sharing Options
If you've chosen to create a template, decide whether it should be Individual (only accessible to your account) or Organization-wide (shared with all users within your organization).
Provide the URL for One-Time Codes
For one-time codes, enter the URL where you want the code to direct users.
Enter Delivery Email(s)
Specify the email addresses where the completed codes should be sent.
Indicate Where the Code Will Be Used
Select the relevant options for where you plan to place the code (e.g., print, packaging, digital ads, in-store displays). This helps the design team optimize the code for your use case.
Describe Your Design Request in Detail
Be thorough! Include details like color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK), shape preferences, and any other design elements. The more specific, the better the final product will meet your expectations.
Upload Supporting Files
Attach any logos, images, or other assets that can help the design team understand your vision.
Submit Your Request
Once you’ve reviewed everything, click Submit. You will receive a reference number—keep it handy for any follow-up communication.
