Organization Members are people in your organization that you collaborate with day-to-day. Members can create, join, or be invited to Workspaces within an organization. They do not have permissions to add other members or set up custom integrations within the account.
This guide will walk you through the steps you need to take as a member of an organization on the Flowcode platform. You'll learn how to manage workspaces, create conversion flows, design brand kits, and organize your projects efficiently.
1. Access Workspaces
As a member, you can create, join, or be invited to workspaces within your organization.
Viewers are people with read-only access; they cannot edit.
You can switch between regional workspaces using the toggle on the top left.
You also have personal workspaces for your own experiments, but it’s recommended that you primarily build in the team workspaces for collaboration.
2. Create a Conversion Flow
To start creating a conversion flow, click the Create button in the top right or navigate to the Flows section and click Create Flow.
You'll be directed to the conversion flow templates. From here, select your desired flow, such as Scan to URL.
Click Preview and choose the appropriate brand kit using the toggle provided.
3. Create and Manage Brand Kits
Brand kits ensure design consistency across your QR codes and are useful for collaboration.
To create a new brand kit:
Click Create New Brand Kit.
Name the brand kit.
Input a URL, and Flowcode will pull in the brand's logo, colors, and fonts automatically.
Edit the details as necessary and click Save to store the kit for future use.
4. Design Your Conversion Flow
After selecting the template and appropriate brand kit, click Use This Template.
Title your flow to stay organized.
Customize the code design by selecting the desired brand kit, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.
5. Set the Scan Destination
Enter the URL where you want users to be directed after scanning the code (e.g., to a review page).
Click Save and Exit to finish setting up the flow.
6. Track and Organize Conversion Flows
Use tags to organize your conversion flows and track their performance easily.
View full analytics for each conversion flow, including:
Scans and unique visitors
Geolocation data (enable advanced geo for more detailed data).
To enable advanced geolocation tracking:
Navigate to Settings.
Turn on Advanced Geo.
Click Update to save the setting.
7. Review Analytics
In the conversion flow dashboard, you’ll find:
Contacts collected
Conversion rates
A chart of views over time
You can also view detailed funnel analytics and geolocation analytics for deeper insights.
8. Deploy the Code
When your conversion flow is ready, deploy the code by selecting the desired file type (e.g., for print material or business cards).
Click Download to get the file.
Optionally, scan the code to preview it before downloading.
9. Organize Conversion Flows
To keep your flows organized, navigate to the Flows section.
You can create a new folder by clicking New Folder and give it a title.
Add the relevant conversion flows to the folder for easy access.
By following these steps, you'll be able to efficiently manage workspaces, create and deploy conversion flows, and keep your projects organized within Flowcode's platform.
