As an admin in Flowcode's platform, you can create and manage workspaces, design conversion flows, and maintain brand consistency through brand kits. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the platform and utilize its features effectively.

1. Access Workspaces

  • Organization members can create, join, or be invited to workspaces.

  • Viewers have read-only access and can view content but cannot edit.

  • Regional workspaces are available via the toggle on the top left.

  • Personal workspaces are your personal area to experiment, but focus on using team workspaces for collaboration.

2. Create a Conversion Flow

  • Click the Create button in the top right or go to the Flows section and click Create Flow.

  • Select a template based on the desired Step 1, such as Scan to URL.

  • Preview the flow and ensure you are using the correct brand kit by selecting it from the toggle.

3. Create and Manage Brand Kits

  • Brand kits help create consistency in code designs and are easily shared across teams.

  • To create a new brand kit:

    1. Click Create New Brand Kit.

    2. Input a name for your brand kit.

    3. Add a URL to pull in the brand's logo, colors, and fonts automatically.

    4. Edit the information if necessary and click Save.

4. Design Your Conversion Flow

  • After selecting the correct template and brand kit, click Use This Template.

  • Title your conversion flow for easy identification (e.g., by name of placement or activity name).

  • Customize the code design by pulling in your selected brand kit.

5. Set the Scan Destination

  • Enter the URL where you want to send users after they scan the code (e.g., to collect reviews).

  • Click Save and Exit.

6. Organize and Track Conversion Flows

  • Use tags for organizational purposes and to group similar conversion flows.

  • View full analytics for each flow, including:

    • Scans and unique visitors

    • Geolocation data (ensure advanced geo is turned on in settings)

  • Update advanced geo settings by toggling it on and clicking Update.

7. Review Analytics

  • The conversion flow dashboard provides data such as:

    • Contacts collected

    • Conversion rate

    • Views over time

  • Scroll down to see funnel analytics and detailed geolocation data.

8. Deploy the Code

  • To deploy your code on print materials or business cards:

    • Choose the appropriate file type.

    • Click Download.

    • Optionally, scan the code for a preview before downloading.

9. Organize Conversion Flows

  • To keep conversion flows organized:

    • Go to Flows and create a new folder.

    • Name the folder and add relevant conversion flows to it.

Following these steps will help you effectively manage and deploy conversion flows on Flowcode's platform while ensuring brand consistency and organizational clarity.
