What are Folders in Flowcode 2?
Folders are containers that help you store and organize your Conversion Flows. You can create folders for different clients, campaigns, or teams, keeping your assets easy to navigate.

How do Folders work?
Folders are specific to the workspace in which they are created. Each folder can contain multiple Conversion Flows, helping you segment your work based on purpose, team, or project.

How do I create a Folder?
To create a folder:

  • Navigate to your workspace.

  • Click on the New Folder button.

  • Name your folder and hit Create—now you’re ready to start organizing!

Why Use Folders?
Folders help you keep things organized, ensuring that you can easily find and manage Conversion Flows related to a particular campaign, client, or project.

How to Create a Folder

  1. In your workspace, go to Conversion Flows.

  2. Click New Folder.

  3. Name your folder and hit Create.

How to Move Conversion Flows into a Folder

  1. Select the Conversion Flows you want to move.

  2. Click Move to.

  3. Select the folder where you want to place the selected Conversion Flows.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on Folders

Can I move assets into Folders?
Yes! You can move individual or multiple Conversion Flows into a folder by selecting the Move to… option from the action bar.

Can I rename a Folder?
Yes, just click on the kebab menu (three vertical dots) for the folder, select Rename, type in the new name, and save.

Can I have subfolders?
Yes! You can create subfolders and even nest folders inside other folders. There is no limit to the depth of nested folders in Flowcode 2.

Can I move a Folder or asset to another Workspace?
Soon! This feature is coming in a follow-up release, allowing assets and folders to be moved between workspaces.

Can I archive a Folder?
Yes! Archived folders and their contents can be accessed from the “Archived” section of your workspace and restored if needed.

Who can create, move, or delete Folders?
Workspace Admins and Workspace Members can create, move, rename, or delete folders.

Are there private Folders? Can I set permissions on Folders?
No, permissions in Flowcode 2 are set at the Org and Workspace level, not the folder level. Folders are purely for organizing assets.

How do I bulk move assets into a Folder?
Select multiple assets from your workspace, click Move to…, and choose the destination folder. All selected assets will be moved at once.
