What is FlowID?

Your customer's interactions and activities at your fingertips.

Updated over a week ago

FlowID is a unique identifier that encompasses the collection of interactions and activities of your customers across all of your offline QR code placements.

Every QR code you produce can be scanned by a person, and each code sends people to a unique online destination where a conversion takes place. A conversion could be submitting a form, making a purchase, or even voting in a poll. With FlowID, every conversion can be tracked, viewed, and measured in an activity log.
