How to Create a FlowHub

Overview

A FlowHub is a mobile-optimized, multi-destination experience built directly in the Flow Editor. Where a standard Conversion Flow routes users to a single destination, a FlowHub presents multiple content options (products, forms, videos, links) in one branded experience. Each module is a clickable path that lets your audience self-select the content most relevant to them, while giving you the data to personalize future engagement.

Why it matters

  • Unified brand experiences: A single Flowcode can surface multiple offers, destinations, or actions in one place. Customers find what's relevant to them and can self-select their journey.

  • Every clickthrough is a data point: Each module click is a real signal of customer interest. Over time, that intent data builds a first-party profile you can use for smarter targeting and personalization.

  • A persistent brand identity: FlowHubs are fully customizable with your own imagery, colors, and content.

  • Less friction means more completions: Forms, videos, and interactive content load directly in the Hub rather than pushing users to an external page, resulting in higher conversion rates.

How to Create a FlowHub (step-by-step)

Step 1: Create a Conversion Flow

In the Flow Editor, navigate to the Objects key and select Landing Page. This is the foundation of your FlowHub.

Step 2: Add your logo to the page header

Click into the Landing Page object to open its settings panel. In the Content tab, under Header, upload your logo using the image upload field. This keeps your brand front and center at the top of the Hub before users see any modules.

Note: We recommend using a transparent PNG. This lets you set any background color in the Appearance tab and have the logo blend in naturally rather than sitting on a white box.

Step 3: Add your modules

Begin building out your Hub's content options. Each module is one path your audience can take from your FlowHub: a website, a form, a video, a file, etc.

To add a new module, go to the Objects key on the left-hand side of the canvas and select the module type that fits your desired experience, then click the + next to "Add module" on the Landing Page to place it on your canvas. Repeat for each destination you want to include.

Step 4: Set up each experience

Now that your modules are added, click into each to configure them. What you'll do here depends on the module type:

  • External Link: Enter the destination URL. Users will be taken directly to that page when they tap the module.

  • Contact Collection: Build your form by adding the fields you want to collect (name, email, phone, custom questions). This is your first-party data capture module, so place it near the top to reduce friction.

  • Video: Paste an embed link to your video. The video plays directly inside the Hub.

  • File: Upload or link to a PDF, image, or other file. Users can view or download it without leaving the experience.

Step 5: Choose how each module appears on the FlowHub

Each module has a few different display options. Click into a module and use the dropdown on the right-hand side to choose your display style. See this guide on creative specs for more details.

  • Icon: A simple icon represents the module. This is the default for new modules. Good for utility actions (Support, FAQs, Contact Us) where a visual isn't necessary.

    • Aspect ratio: 1:1

    • Minimum resolution: 32 × 32 px (export at 64 × 64 px minimum)

  • Thumbnail: Displays the module as an image with a text label at the bottom. Clean and minimal, useful when the label itself is clear enough to drive the action.

    • Aspect ratio: 21:9

    • Minimum resolution: 403 × 156 px (export at 806 × 312 px minimum)

    • Corner radius: 16 px (top-left and top-right corners rounded automatically)

  • Image: Displays the module as a custom image from your content library. This is the recommended option, as branded visuals drive significantly higher engagement.

    • Aspect ratio: 21:9

    • Minimum resolution: 403 × 156 px (export at 806 × 312 px minimum)

    • Corner radius: 16 px (all corners rounded)

  • Embedded: Renders the experience directly inside the Hub rather than linking out. Available for the following module types: Contact Collection, Form, Video

Step 6: Reorder your modules

Drag and drop modules into the sequence that best serves your audience. High-priority content, like a contact collection form or featured offer, should appear at the top for maximum visibility.

Step 7: Preview and publish your FlowHub

Use the Preview section to review how your Hub looks and functions before it goes live. Confirm modules appear in the right order and that all destinations are correct. When everything looks right, click Publish and exit. Your FlowHub is now live.

Best practices

  • Keep it to 3–5 modules. More options create decision fatigue. Put your 1–2 highest-priority actions at the top; secondary content below.

  • Use images, not icons. Branded visuals drive higher engagement than default icon modules.

  • Embed where you can. Content that loads inside the Hub reduces drop-off from external redirects.

  • Let the data shape the layout. Module-level analytics show what people are actually tapping. Update content anytime without reprinting codes.

  • A FlowHub is not a website replacement. It's an experience router. Use it when you have multiple destinations but don't want multiple codes.
