The Post-Submit Communications feature ensures you will never miss a beat by automating the bridge between when a consumer submits a form and the first conversation.
Whether you need an instant alert for yourself or a personalized "thank you" to the consumer, you can now manage these interactions directly within the new editor.
What are Post-Submit Communications?
This feature allows users to trigger automated emails the moment a CRM form is submitted. There are two primary options available:
From Submission Notification (Internal Notifications): Users receive an immediate email alert to ensure they can follow up with new leads while the connection is fresh.
Form Response Confirmation (Consumer Follow-ups): An automatic, branded email is sent to the person who filled out the form, confirming their submission and establishing a professional touchpoint.
Why Use Automated Follow-ups?
Build Consumer Confidence: Providing a clear, timely update immediately after a submission builds trust and establishes a professional reputation.
Drive the Relationship Forward: Automated responses help sustain momentum by providing consumers with actionable next steps or additional information.
Personalization at Scale: Users can deliver tailored communications to consumers across any use case—not just real estate—ensuring every lead feels valued without the need for manual outreach.
How to Enable Notifications
Users can configure these settings directly within the Flow Editor builder canvas. While the process is streamlined, the steps vary slightly depending on whether the post-submit communication is for a contact collection form or an external destination.
See below for the specific workflows:
To enable post-submit communications on a contact collection form:
Open your conversion flow in the Flow Editor builder canvas
Click on the lightning bold icon that sits on the branch between the collection form and the 'Thank You' page
Select which type of post-submit communication you'd like to enable: From Submission Notification (which will go to you, the user) or Form Response Confirmation (which will go to the consumer)
