The Asset Library: A simpler way to store, organize, and use brand-approved images

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

The Asset Library is where users manage their team’s image assets, allowing you to upload once, stay organized, and keep every flow on brand. It lives under the Assets tab in the left-hand navigation (which includes Brand Kits and Files), giving you one central place to manage your creative.

What’s new

The Asset Library includes the tools teams need to manage images long-term:

  • Assets hub: “Brand Kit” now lives under Assets, which includes Brand Kits and Files (your Asset Library).

  • Bulk upload: Upload up to 10 images at once and quickly categorize them—perfect for managing large creative sets.

  • Folders for organization: Group assets the way your team works.

  • Image previews: Spot the right file at a glance as you browse.

  • Rename assets: Keep files easy to find, reference, and stay consistent.

  • Archive outdated assets: Keep your library current without clutter.

  • Fine-grained permissions: Control who can view, edit, or use specific Files and Brand Kits.

  • Brand-approved files in the Flow Editor: Select approved files directly in the editor to build faster and stay on-brand.

Why it matters

When teams are building a significant amount of conversion flows, image management can get messy very fast between duplicate uploads, inconsistent branding, and wasted time hunting for the “right” version.

The Asset Library helps by making it easy to:

  • Upload once, reuse everywhere: less rework, faster building

  • Stay on-brand: the right logos and graphics are always within reach

  • Keep things organized: folders replace clutter

  • Clean up confidently: archive what’s outdated

How it works

Where to find it

In your Flowcode dashboard, open Assets in the left-hand navigation. From there, you’ll see:

  • Brand Kits for managing your brand kits

  • Files for uploading and managing your saved images (Asset Library)

Uploading files

Upload one image or up to 10 at once. Categorize files during upload to keep your library organized from day one.

Folders

Use folders to organize assets by campaign, product, region, or however your team works. You can create folders and move files into them as your library grows.

Preview and rename

Browse your library with image previews so you can quickly spot the right file. You can also rename assets to make them easier to find, reference, and keep consistent across your team.

Using files while building

When you’re working in the Flow Editor, you can select from your brand-approved files directly inside the editor so you don’t have to hunt for the right image or re-upload it.

Permissions

Set fine-grained access across Files and Brand Kits, including who can view, edit, or use assets.

Archiving

Archive outdated images to keep your library clean and current without permanently deleting files.
