What Are Scheduled Reports?
Scheduled Reports empower you to automatically generate and send PDF and CSV reports based on your organization, workspace, and flow-level analytics. This means you can regularly share performance insights with team members, clients, or other stakeholders without any manual effort. It's all about making data sharing seamless and efficient, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

How It Works
Scheduling a report is straightforward. You can initiate a scheduled report directly from the organization-level, workspace-level, or the flow-level analytics pages.
Once you're on the desired analytics page, click the "Export" button at the top right of the platform and select "Schedule a report":
Next, you will be directed to the below experience where you will fill out the scheduling details from report name, to file type, to delivery time and intervals to the recipients:
Once you click "Schedule", the system will then take care of the rest, automatically sending the reports on your behalf.
Editing Scheduled Reports
If anything changes, simply return to the "Export" function at the Org, Workspace, or Flow Level. From there, you can easily modify existing reports—update recipients, adjust schedules, or even change the report type. This flexibility ensures your information sharing remains efficient and relevant as your team and reporting needs evolve.

Admin View of Scheduled Reports
Admins possess heightened visibility on scheduled reports across the entire organization, offering a unified vantage point to effortlessly oversee reporting across diverse teams. This enhanced oversight is crucial for maintaining clear visibility into report ownership, ensuring accountability and reducing redundancy. Furthermore, by providing a central management hub, this capability helps keep vital business insights flowing uninterrupted, even as team structures evolve and change over time.
Workspace Admins have the same level of control within their own workspace. They can see who owns each report and manage them just as easily as Org Admins.
Active, Inactive, and Unowned tabs allow you to quickly filter reports by status. This makes it simple to manage reports that are currently live, those that have been paused, or ones that are orphaned.
Orphaned Scheduled Reports
When a user leaves your organization or workspace, their reports become unowned (orphaned). Admins can claim these unowned reports, ensuring that critical reporting continues without any interruption.
