How to navigate Org Level Audience Insights

We have added a new Audience insights view at the Org Level, giving users a seamless way to understand lifetime consumer interaction across all brands and workspaces. This unified view empowers users to gain a holistic understanding of audiences, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for overarching marketing strategies.

  1. From the Org Level Dashboard, toggle to the tab on the left-hand-side labeled "Audience"

  2. In the "Audience" Tab you will find a compiled view of contacts who have engaged with your Flows over time and across all workspaces

3. Narrow your search results by clicking the "Filters" button located at the top of the page. You can then apply criteria based on past interactions, engagement levels, geographic location, and more
