For more seamless collaboration, Conversion Flows can now be moved between workspaces.
How to use:
1. Select the folder/Flows from the Conversion flows list
2. Click “Move to”
3. Click the workspace dropdown and select the destination workspace
4. Select the folder to move the assets to in the destination workspace
What happens to analytics when a folder/Flow is moved to a different workspace?
Moving a Flow or folder to a different workspace will transfer all its associated analytics to the destination workspace at the time of the move. Aggregated analytics within the Organization for Admins will remain unchanged, ensuring that analytics are never double-counted.
Example:
On 1/1, Flow is in Workspace A: Flow analytics will be aggregated in Workspace A
On 1/2, Flow is moved to Workspace B: Flow analytics will be aggregated in Workspace B, and removed from Workspace A
For Snowflake Data Share users: No historical events will be overwritten, but new events for the same Flow will show the current workspace at the time the event occurs
