This feature is in Beta, which means we're still working on improving it's core functionality.
Our enhanced analytics dashboard empowers you to unlock deeper insights into campaign performance and user journeys. With improved cross-campaign tracking and upgraded filtering capabilities, you can easily identify top performers and optimize your strategies.
Where to find the updated Analytics Dashboard:
To give your analytics the attention they deserve, we've moved the Analytics Dashboard to have their own dedicated section, accessible from the left-hand side bar. Additionally, you can also now access the dashboard from the Workspace homepage:
Updated Analytics Dashboard Views:
Once you're in the Analytics dashboard, here are the new enhanced analytics you can expect to see:
1. Visits: Visits are now broken down more granularly, distinguishing between code scans and short URL clicks. The trending arrow in the center of the graph shows how performance in the selected period compares to the same length of time preceding it.
2. Visits Over Time: Like the “Visits” graph, “Visits Over Time” are also broken down between code scans and short URL clicks, with the option to view as a stacked bar chart which shows an aggregate of all visits over time, or as line graph, which compares scans versus clicks.
3. Anonymous Responses: Alongside “Unique Visitors” and “Leads Collected”, there is now the ability to track "Anonymous Responses" to see how many people are interacting with your forms, even if they don't provide their email address. This gives you a more complete picture of your audience, including both known and unknown users.
4. Flows Table: Sort Flows by visits, unique visitors, or conversions in ascending or descending order to quickly identify top performers and areas for improvement. This granular view provides performance indicators on a flow-by-flow basis, making comparisons easy.
5. Conversions Over Time: See how different conversion types (e.g., contact collected, purchase) contribute to your overall conversions with new chart options. A stacked bar chart shows the aggregate of all conversions over time, while a line graph compares scan and click conversions side-by-side.
Updated Analytics Dashboard Filtering:
In addition to the new analytics featured in the dashboard, we have also implemented more advanced ways to filter and view campaign performance:
1. Filter by Flow, Folder and Tag:
When you select any of the three filtering categories, you will be prompted with the option to select multiple assets to include or exclude, giving you even more control over the data you see. The language varies slightly between categories:
Flow: Toggle between the option of “is any of” or “is not any of”
Folder: Toggle between the option of “is any of” or “is not any of”.
TIP: In Folders, users can select entire folders, or drill down to choose specific subfolders within them
Tag: Toggle between the option of “Includes or “Excludes”
2. Filter using “OR” and “AND” to display overlap or intersection of results across assets within Flows, Folders and Tags:
