How to Use the Bulk Download Feature

This feature is in Beta, which means we're still working on improving it's core functionality. Please reach out if you're interested in utilizing Bulk Download.

The Bulk Download feature simplifies the process of downloading QR codes associated with a Conversion Flow, saving users significant time and effort. With this feature, you can download multiple codes in your preferred file format in just a few clicks.


Key Features

  • Small-Scale Support::

    • Choose from PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or EPS file types.

    • For Conversion Flows with 249 codes or less, files are compressed into a ZIP file.

  • Large-Scale Support:

    • For Conversion Flows with more than 250 codes, files are stored in an S3 bucket, and you’ll receive a manifest file with secure download links valid for one week

    • Email Notifications: An email will notify you when the download is ready for more than 250 codes


How to Use

  1. Initiate Download:

    • Navigate to your desired Conversion Flow page

    • Click the "Download" option available on the Conversion Flow management page next to the “Edit Flow” button

  2. Select File Format:

    • Choose your preferred format: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or EPS

  3. Receive Your Files:

    • For smaller-scale downloads, receive a ZIP file directly to your downloads folder

    • For larger downloads:

      • A manifest file with secure S3 links will be sent via email

  4. Access Your Files:

    • Use the manifest file to access the secure S3 links for each code image


FAQs

  • Q: How long are the S3 download links valid?
    A: The links are valid for one week from the time they’re generated

  • Q: Can I download all codes for an entire Workspace?
    A: No, this feature is limited to individual Conversion Flows

  • Q: Can I choose multiple file formats at once?
    A: No, you can select only one file format per download
