Conversion flows are a powerful tool in the Flowcode platform, enabling real estate professionals to connect offline interactions (like a QR code on a listing sign) with online conversions. For a real estate listing flow, the goal is to direct potential buyers to detailed property information and capture their contact details for follow-up or scheduling a viewing. This process combines two key elements:
A QR code (or multiple QR codes)
A mobile-optimized landing page with property details and a contact form
By using these elements, potential buyers can scan a QR code at a property listing or open house and be directed to a landing page where they can view property details, photos, and videos, or submit their information for further engagement. Here's how to create a conversion flow for real estate listings:
Step 1: Start Creating Your Flow
Click Create from the top navigation menu or select from one of the recommended actions on the home screen.
Step 2: Select a Template + Brand Kit
Choose the correct template for your real estate listing. In this case, you’ll select a Real Estate Listing template.
Select a brand kit to ensure the listing page and form align with your agency’s branding, including logos, fonts, and colors.
Step 3: Enter the Flow Editor
In the flow editor, you’ll work within three key areas:
The left navigation displays the various sections of the flow based on the real estate template you selected.
The center area is where you input property details and customize the content for your real estate listing.
The right bar shows a preview of your real estate listing page as you make changes.
Step 4: Name Your Flow
Give your flow a relevant name, such as "123 Main St. Real Estate Listing" or "Luxury Condo Downtown" to keep your listings organized.
Step 5: Customize the Real Estate Listing
Depending on the template, you'll have various customization options in the left navigation:
Property Details: Add a description, key features (e.g., number of bedrooms, square footage), price, and any other relevant information about the property.
Image Gallery or Video Tour: Upload high-quality photos or videos of the property to enhance the buyer’s experience.
Form Fields: Include essential fields like name, email, phone number, and an inquiry box for scheduling a tour or asking questions.
Call to Action: Customize the submit button (e.g., “Request a Viewing” or “Get More Info”).
Thank You Page or Redirect URL: Create a custom message after the form is submitted or redirect users to a different page, such as a list of other available properties.
Step 6: Finalize Your Real Estate Listing Flow
Once you’re satisfied with the setup, save your work and exit the flow editor.
Step 7: Deploy and Monitor
Your real estate listing flow is now live! Potential buyers who scan your QR code will be directed to a mobile-optimized listing page with property details and a contact form.
If you need to update the listing or make changes, click the “Edit flow” button from the flow details page.
By following these steps, you'll create an engaging real estate listing conversion flow that provides potential buyers with easy access to property information and helps you capture qualified leads for follow-up and viewings.
