When you set up a Flowpage with a contact collection form, you will receive an email notification every time someone submits the form.

If you are part of an Organization with multiple users, only the user who created or "owns" the Flowpage will receive these notifications. Other users will not be notified, and additional recipients cannot be added.

How to unsubscribe from Flowpage submission notifications

1. Open one of the submission notification emails. These emails come from Team Flowcode ([email protected]) with the subject line: “New contact collected!”

2. Scroll to the footer of the email.

3. Click on Unsubscribe.

Note: Unsubscribing will only stop these specific submission notifications. You will still receive other important product-related emails.

If you have unsubscribed in the past and wish to receive these notifications again, you can easily resubscribe by following the instructions below.

How to resubscribe to Flowpage submission notifications

1. Open one of the submission emails. It will be from Team Flowcode ([email protected]) with the subject line: “New contact collected!”

2. Scroll to the footer of the email.

3. Click on Resubscribe (this will appear where the Unsubscribe option was previously located).
