Yes, you can! In addition to scanning a Flowcode, you can also make it clickable. This will also track as scans within your Analytics dashboard, so you can still track engagement.

This feature is particularly useful for audiences who are already on their phones and cannot scan the code with their device's camera. You can use clickable Flowcodes in ads, social media posts, emails, and more.

1. Log in to your Flowcode Dashboard and locate the Flowcode you want to make clickable.

2. Click on the desired Flowcode to navigate to the Code Details page.

3. On the right-hand side, below the preview of the code, find the Code Link section.

4. Click the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard.

5. Go to the platform where you want to use the clickable code (e.g., a website, email, social media post).

  • Option 1: Hyperlink the Flowcode image so users can click on it to be redirected to the desired destination.

  • Option 2: Paste the copied URL directly into the body text of your content.

6. Once someone clicks on the Flowcode link, it will register as a scan in your Real-time Analytics dashboard, allowing you to track engagement effortlessly.

Tip: Add a call to action or education near the code to let your audience know they can scan and/or click it to access its destination!

If you'd like to see whether something was accessed via desktop or mobile device, this is also broken down in Events Feed within Analytics (available with Growth and Enterprise plans).
