During your trial, you'll have access to our full suite of premium features and extended limits. At the end of your trial you'll be asked to select the plan that works best for you.

If you select a plan that allows for fewer codes than you created during your trial, the most recent set of Flowcodes/Flowpages you designed will effortlessly transfer to the new plan ensuring continuity in your existing campaigns.

The remaining Flowcodes will be securely archived – rest assured, however, they won't break!

They'll continue to scan and direct users to the destination you specified when creating or last modifying the Flowcode. This way, you can effortlessly maintain the integrity of your Flowcode campaigns even as you upgrade your plan.

Should you choose to upgrade your account, rest assured that you'll regain access to all your archived Flowcodes

Note: If you have invited members to you organization, and those members have created multiple Flowpages the most recently created Flowpages for the org are kept and the rest are archived.

The premium features embedded in your Flowcodes, such as hex colors or center text, will be preserved even if you choose a plan that doesn't explicitly support these features after the trial ends.

This ensures that the distinctive elements you've added to your Flowcodes, like hex colors, will be retained. However, it's important to note that if you switch to a plan that doesn't include the ability to customize hex colors, you won't be able to select a different hex color for those specific codes.

If you invite members to your organization during the trial and subsequently select a plan that doesn't support the same number of members in your organization, we want to ensure a seamless transition for you.

The most recently added members to your organization will be removed. In such cases, all codes and pages associated with the removed organization members will be smoothly transferred to the organization owner.

Additionally, these organization members will be removed from the organization owner's roster. This way, your organization's content remains cohesive even as you adjust your plan.

*Note: If the transferred codes exceed the capacity of the new plan, the surplus codes will be securely archived.
