If you forgot your Flowcode account's password or need to reset it, you can do so by navigating to the sign-in page.
Below the sign-in fields, click on the blue Forgot Password? link.
This will bring you to the Forgot Password? page, where you will be prompted to input the email associated with your Flowcode account. Click the Send Recovery Link button.
Note: if the Send Recovery Link is not turning blue, that means the email you're putting in isn't associated with a Flowcode account. |
Keep an eye on your email for the recovery link. It will come from Team Flowcode ([email protected]) with the subject "Let's reset your password".
You should receive it within a few minutes.
If you have waited the usual time and checked your email thoroughly, but are still experiencing issues, please reach out to our support team. They'll be able to generate a unique link for you, but the link will only be valid for 15 minutes, so make sure you're on standby to reset your password before time runs out!
