The simplest way to install a Flowcode Pixel on your website is to add it to your Google Tag Manager. If you have access to your account, you can complete this step yourself. If not, this is usually something your IT team can assist you with.

Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. Log in to your Google Tag Manager account.

  2. Select your website's container in the navigation and click Add a new tag.

  3. Click Custom HTML Tag and enter a name for your tag.

  4. This will generate an HTML snippet. Copy and paste the Flowcode Pixel HTML tag into the Google Tag Manager HTML container.

  5. Click the Triggering Field button to open, and select the Trigger Type of Page View.

  6. Under Fire On selector, click All Pages.

  7. Click Create Tag.

  8. On your main dashboard, push change by clicking Submit.

    1. Here, you’ll see a Workspace Change logged on your Overview Dashboard. This is indicative of successful installation.

  9. To further test the functionality of your Pixel, scan the Flowcode associated with your website and complete the conversion on the path you defined during setup.

    1. Head back to the Conversion Analytics Dashboard by returning to app.flowcode.com/analytics/pixel to view the scan, pageview, and conversion logged in your dashboard.

Note: Flowcode Pixel events in your Conversion Dashboard can take up to an hour to appear.
