Our newest feature is here! Meet Tags, a new way to track and organize your Flowcodes and Flowpages. Tags work like keywords or labels that make it easy to organize your Flowcode and Flowpage assets. You can add tags during the creation of new Flowcodes and Flowpages or you can add tags to existing codes and pages.

How many Tags can I create?

There is no limit to the number of tags that can be created and added to a Flowcode or Flowpage asset.

How many characters long can a Tag be?

Tags can be a maximum of 250 characters long and we only support ASCII characters. Tags are not case sensitive and will default to lowercase characters once created. A dash will also be inserted if there is a space in your tag to enable easy data searches.

  • Ex: new business = new-business

Can I add Tags to multiple Flowcodes or Flowpages at once?

Currently, tags can only be added at an individual level to Flowcodes and Flowpages. This means you cannot add tags in bulk uploads. Tags will need to be added to the individual codes post upload.

Can I search and filter based on Tags?

Yes! You can search assets by their Tags using the search bar in either your My Flowcodes or My Flowpages view. Additionally, you can click on a Tag within your My Flowcodes or My Flowpages view and your assets will be filtered to only ones that have the tag selected associated with it.
