When you click into Flowpage Analysis you will see a series of filters at the top left/middle of your screen. Here, you can adjust the inputs of your data search. You can filter by:

  • Traffic Time

  • Flowpage Creation Date

  • Flowpage Link Name

  • Flowpage URL

  • Team Name

  • Asset Status

  • User Email

You have the option to edit all five fields, or leave the inputs set to the default settings. This customization will depend on your reporting needs.

  • Please note in order to search your filtered view, you will need to reload the page with the new parameters inputted.

  • You can do this by clicking the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard.

Traffic Time

There are two windows you can use to filter by traffic time: preset or custom windows. If you click on the plus sign next to the box, you can add additional filters to your search. There is no limit on the amount of filters users can select here.

In the custom option, a calendar will populate allowing you to select a timeframe to filter your dashboard to:

  • There is no max window to this search, you can go as far back as you have data.

Once you have filtered your view to the desired traffic time(s), click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.

Filter by Flowpage Creation Date

To filter by Flowpage Creation Date, click into the box under Flowpage Creation Date and select from the drop down menu. If you click on the plus sign next to the box, you can add additional filters to your search. There is no limit on the amount of filters users can select here. Again there are two windows you can use to filter by traffic time: preset or custom windows.

Once you have filtered your view to the desired FP Creation Date(s), click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.

Filter by Flowpage Link Name

To filter a specific Flowpage's data, type in the name of the Flowpage(s) as they appears in the Flowcode platform in the box under Flowpage Link Name. When you click into the box under Flowcode Link Name, a list will also appear with the page names in your organization. This will help you quickly identify the page(s) you are looking for. The list will also be organized alphabetically.

Once you have filtered your view to the desired FP Link Name(s), click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.

To Filter by Flowpage URL

To filter a specific Flowpage's data, type in the URL of the Flowpage(s) as they appears in the Flowcode platform in the box under Flowpage URL. When you click into the box under Flowcode URL, a list will also appear with the page URLs in your organization. This will help you quickly identify the page(s) you are looking for. The list will also be organized alphabetically.

Once you have filtered your view to the desired Flowpage URL, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.

Filter by Account Owner Email:

To filter by an Account Owner's Emails, type in the email alias you are wanting to search by. This will filter the dash to show you only the pages that specific user has created.

Once you have filtered your view to the desired Account Owner Email, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
