What is A/B Testing?

A/B testing is a user experience research methodology. It allows businesses to experiment with customer engagement by testing different variable marketing outreach tools.

Flowcodes and Flowpages enable you to test different pieces of content or creatives against one another and gather data on your consumers.

  • Example: distributing two different direct mail creatives each with a different Call to Action (CTA) such as “Scan for $20 Off” versus “Scan for Free Shipping”.

  • By adding a unique Flowcode to each variation, you will be able to evaluate consumer behavior based on engagement levels.

  • Once you launch your campaign, use your Analytics and Reports for Flowcode and Flowpage to see which one receives more scans and clicks. This data can help you make informed decisions for future campaigns depending on which offer resonates with your consumers.
