When you click into Flowcode Analysis you will see a series of filters at the top left/middle of your screen. Here, you can adjust the inputs of your data search. You can filter by:
Event Date
Flowcode Creation Date
Flowcode Nickname
Folder Name
Flowcode ID
Team Name
Asset Status
Code Owner Email
You have the option to edit all fields, or leave the inputs set to the default settings. This customization will depend on your reporting needs.
Please note in order to search your filtered view, you will need to reload the page with the new parameters inputted. You can do this by clicking the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard.
Filter by Event Date or Flowcode Creation Date
To filter by Event Date or the Flowcode Creation Date, select a time constraint you would like to limit your data search to. You will notice that you are able to add multiple time breakdowns in this view by selecting the plus sign next to the last row.
Once you have filtered your view to the desired date, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
Filter by Flowcode Nickname
To filter to a specific Flowcode’s data, type in the name of the Flowcode as it appears (case sensitive) in the Flowcode platform) in the box under Flowcode Nickname. When you click into the box under Flowcode Nickname, a list will also appear with the code names in your organization. This will help you quickly identify the code you are looking for.
Once you have filtered your view to the desired Flowcode Nickname, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
Filter by Flowcode ID
Every Flowcode created has a unique ID. We refer to this as the Flowcode ID. You can find a code's Flowcode ID in the code details view of the platform. The Code Link will include the URL that is generated after creation and will contain the Flowcode ID. The ID is be the set of numbers and letters between the final / and ?:
Ex Code Link = flowcode.com/p/4z54AbIRA?fc=0
Flowcode ID = 4z54AbIRA
In reports, you can set you filters based on a specific Flowcode ID to look at an individual code's performance. A list of ID's will populate when you click into the box under Flowcode ID to help you quickly find the code you are looking for:
Once you have filtered your view to the desired Flowcode ID, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
Filter by Folder Name
To filter to a specific Folder’s data, type in the name of the folder as it appears in the Flowcode platform. When you click into the box under Folder Name, a list will also appear with the folders in your organization. This will help you quickly identify the folder you are looking for.
Once you have filtered your view to the desired Folder Name, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
Filter by Team Name
To filter to a specific Team name, type in the name of the Team as it appears in the Flowcode platform. When you click into the box under Team Name, a list will also appear with the Teams in your organization. This will help you quickly identify the folder you are looking for.
Once you have filtered your view to the desired Team Name, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
Filter by Account Owner Email
To filter by an Account Owner's Email, type in the email alias you are wanting to search by. This will filter the dash to show you only the codes that specific user has created.
Once you have filtered your view to the desired Account Owner Email, click on the gray reload arrow on the right side of the dashboard to see your updated search.
