If you downgrade from a Pro account to a free account, you will retain access to the most recent 2 codes you made. Your data cap will be limited from 5,000 to 200. And all other codes left in your account will continue to scan and direct users to the destination you specified when creating or last modifying the Flowcode.

You can change your plan at any time by clicking on your profile picture (initials) in the top right corner of the Flowcode Dashboard and selecting Settings.

Next, head to the Billing tab.

Click Cancel plan and confirm you're okay with losing access to your advanced features by selecting Continue with cancellation.

If you'd like to restore any codes that were deleted upon downgrading your account, please email [email protected] after upgrading back to our Pro tier.
