Getting Started

Start by logging into your Flowcode account:

(Username & password are the email & password set up in registration).

Step 1: Create your Flowpage

Once you are logged in, select Flowpages from the left side panel and then create page. You will be brought to the view below and begin creating your Flowpage.

  • You can also get to the page creation view by selecting Create β†’ Flowpage from the left side panel.

  • To create a Flowpage, first choose a name for your Flowpage in the box containing: flow.page/ under Make a Flowpage.

After you have named your Flowpage, hit Create Your Flowpage to get started. Note, no two Flowpages can have the same name.

On the following page, you will have four categories that will allow you to design, analyze and personalize your Flowpage.

Step 2: Add Links

  • The Add link option will give you the option to enter a standard URL as well as add an image, link title, or link description

  • The Explore Links button allows you to browse all of our link option types, these include:

    • Text Box (allows you to add free text)

    • Image (add a single image JPG or PNG file)

    • File Upload (20MB maximum and will be downloadable by visitors to your page)

    • Embed Media (Youtube, Facebook, Twitch, Spotify, Soundcloud, Vimeo, Wistia, DailyMotion, Vidyard, Kaltura)

    • Link to the iOS or Google Play Store

  • The Contact collection link will give you the option to add a link out on your page to collect the following CRM information:

    • Form Title

    • Form Description

    • Information type

      • Name

      • Email

      • Phone Number

      • Age

      • Gender

      • Custom Input field

    • Custom Terms and Conditions

    • Custom Success Message

    • Add Image

  • You can also link to your personal contact information and display your social media profiles with the Contact Info and Social Links respectively

When information is put into each respective section and autosaved, you will see a preview of how the content will appear on the right hand side of the screen.

Image Ratios & Dimensions

  • Icons-1X1, preferably >300X300 px

  • Feature Image-7X3, preferably>700X300 px

  • Profile-1X1, preferably> 500X500 px

  • Background Image 1080X1920px

Step 3: Design

The design page will allow you to add colors, shades, fonts, link shapes, link styles and a background image.

  • You can choose your link shape and style here as well.

  • To upload a personal background or use a custom color, scroll down to the bottom of the page and upload an image or a screenshot of a custom color.

Step 4: Publish

  • When you are satisfied with your Flowpage, hit Publish to create the Flowpage URL.

  • A green banner will appear in the bottom left of your screen, letting you know this has been completed successfully.

  • Saved and published Flowpages will live under the Flowpages section on the left hand-side of your account.

Editing Post Creation

If you need to edit the name or design of you Flowpage, go back your Flowpages section and click on the page you would like to edit.

    • Once you select the Flowpage, you will be taken back to the screen where you started your creation flow. You can make adjustments by working through the three sections: content, design, and settings.

Sharing

  • When your Flowpage is created, use the link to share on various platforms to drive users to your Flowpage!

    • Ex: Flowpage link = flow.page/creationflow0

NOTE: A Flowcode will automatically generate in your account when you publish your Flowpage.

  • It can be found in your account under Flowcodes.

  • You will be able to identify these codes because they have Flowpage in the name.

  • If you do not need the code created from your Flowpage, you can delete it in the code details page or you can edit the code details to update the design.

Step 5: Analytics & Settings

    • In the Analytics section, you will be able to view user engagement by viewing the number for total visitors, clicks, and click through rates.

      • Analytics refresh every 12 hours

  • The settings tab you will find seven different editing features:

  • General

  • Contacts

  • Share

  • Duplicate

  • Privacy

  • Pixels

  • Meta Tags

  • Branding
